All you need is 30min and you will be revitalized and GLOWY!!!

The following are my top 3 Body Bath’s:

Detoxify and Relax

Epsom Salt baths are a superb in many ways. It helps with improving circulation especially in your legs and feet, releasing toxins from built up stress and exfoliating the skin.

Directions:

Add 2 cups of Epsom Salt ( you can also find packages with added aroma scents)

Fill tub with warm water

To exfoliate your skin lightly rub the salts on your body

Cleopatra Diva

Close your eyes and think you are Cleopatra in a room with a warm milk bath sprinkled with Red Rose petals…open them up and you are right there. Cleopatra was known for indulging in these baths to keep her skin soft and hydrated.

Directions:

Take 2 cartons of Homogenized milk and warm it up in a pot

Fill your bath tub with warm water and add the warm milk

Add 2 table spoons of Honey

Sprinkle Red Rose petals

Scents of a Spa

The use of essential oils is very fulling to help alter your bad mood into a good and calm mood. There are various types of essential oils that you can you to create a aroma therapy spa like feel to your bath. Lavender and Eucalyptus are most commonly used it all depends on your preference, best to go to a shop where they sell essential oils and take some time to smell each one to customize your bath.

Directions:

Add 10 drops of the essential oil to your warm bath

ΒΌ of a cup mild shampoo (Baby Shampoo) to add bubbles

Fill tub with warm water

To heighten your Body Bath’s light candles and add soft music to escape in your own tranquil!

After your bath lather your skin with a coco butter base moisturizer either from Palmers
